First and foremost, the company will manufacture frames for ALL brands and ALL models. The IPSO frames are considered factory certified, yet they exceed the needs for Speedqueen, Unimac, Wascomat, Dexter, Huebsch, and Milnor machines as well. All frames will be plasma cut, 3/16” hot rolled steel with a Computer Numeric Controlled machine. What does this mean exactly? This machine provides ultimate accuracy for the best cut and layout of your frames. The holes are all punched within 1/32 of an inch. This is amazing accuracy and provides for easy installation of machines. The frames are MIG welded for superior strength. The welds are so strong, the steel itself is more likely to break before the welds will. The best part of this whole process is the fact of their consistency. Due to the technology being used for the cutting of the steel and precision cutting of the holes, LES is able to consistently manufacture identical frames day in and day out.

Their standard frame height is six inches, but of course they can make the frames whatever height you desire. If a customer has a row of machines of different sizes, and would like to make them all level; this is no problem for the fabricating crew. Dual, Triple and Quad frames are available and they can make them so different model machines are all level at their top. The company welcomes special orders with open arms. Apparently no job is too large or too small.

Once customers place orders, everything will be shipped within 10 business days. Obviously the smaller the orders, the faster the turn-a-round will be. Orders are shrink wrapped, crated and shipped with red label service available if needed. As far as paint is concerned, they offer three options. First is mill finish, which is bare steel. Second is low sheen enamel; this is an alkali enamel paint used for the best possible adhesion to the steel. Standard paint is black, but any color is available. Finally, powder coating is available. Powder coating is extremely durable paint that will not chip and practically lasts forever. There is a special process of applying the paint and then it is baked at high temperatures for a remarkable finish. There is an additional charge for powder coating of course.
